ProView Decorative Series Product Warranty Coverage

Product warranty term is a 90-day limited warranty for commercial/residential applications for the ProView Decorative Series Product Line. The limited warranty coverage begins at the date of installation, is extended to the original Buyer only, and is not transferable. Warranty claim values are limited to the value of the film only and do not extend to any installation or removal cost that may be incurred. ProView Window Films is not liable for any loses and/or damages as a result of poor installation quality, improper maintenance, cleaning, abuse, or non-complying uses of the film. No person is authorized to modify, change, or extend the terms of this limited warranty or to assume or create any obligations or liabilities for ProView Window Films.

Warranty Coverage for Premium Grade Films

Gardia Corporation warrants professionally sold and installed Premium Grade Proview automotive window films (the product) against manufacture defects, adhesive failure, cracking, demetallization and excessive change of color.

Warranty Coverage for Standard Grade Film

Gardia warrants professionally sold and installed Standard Grade Proview (ST SERIES) automotive window film (the product) against manufacture defects only.

Who is Covered-
This warranty extends only to the registered owner of the vehicle at the time the Product was purchased. If the product was installed by an auto dealer prior to initial new vehicle sale, owner must obtain a bill of sale that includes window film to serve as proof of purchase. Warranty coverage is not extended to preowned car purchases.

The Period of Coverage-
The Coverage period begins on the date the original Product was installed. The Warranty period is for the lifetime of the vehicle ownership by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable, and terminates automatically upon any sale or transfer of the vehicle.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED-
GARDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE AND HERBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE OR COST CAUSED OR PARTIALLY CAUSED DUE TO: IMPROPER FILM INSTALLATION, IMPROPER FILM APPLICATION, IMPROPER FILM CARE/CLEANING OR ABUSE; IMPROPER ALTERATIONS OF ORIGINAL MANUFACTURED PRODUCT, FAILURE DUE TO STRUCTURAL DEFECTS IN THE WINDOW GLASS OR SURFACE TO WHICH THE PRODUCT IS APPLIED, ANY OTHER ACTS, OCCURRENCES, DEFECTS, FAULTS OR DAMAGES NOT SPECIFICALLY CAUSED BY THE ACTIONS OR INACTION’S OF GARDIA.

OTHER LIMITATIONS-

THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS PRODUCT IS TO BE USED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE APPLICABLE COUNTRY, STATE, TERRITORY OR PROVINCIAL LAWS.

ILLEGAL INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
GARDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF USE OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF THE INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY BY STATE OR PROVINCE.

Warranty Claim Procedures- This warranty is limited and is the eligible Proview film owners sole and exclusive remedy. Your exclusive remedy and GARDIA’s sole obligation shall be, at GARDIA’s option, to replace or repair the Product or refund the purchase price of the original Product. In no event shall GARDIA be liable for the labor or installation costs.

PURCHASER MUST SUPPLY THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OF INSTALLATION ALONG WITH THIS COMPLETED PROVIEW WARRANTY PROCESSING, FAILURE TO PROVIDE VERIFYING DOCUMENTATION WILL RESULT IN CLAIM DENIAL.

Contact a Proview dealer or the GARDIA Warranty Department, warranty@gardia.us to initiate a claim. An inspection of the vehicle may be required. GARDIA will review a warranty claim within 45 days of receiving ALL proper documentation.

PRODUCT WARRANTY COVERAGE
Product warranty term is a lifetime limited warranty for residential applications or a 15-year limited warranty for commercial applications for the above listed films, unless otherwise noted. Dealer agrees to remove and replace Customer’s Proview product at no additional cost should it experience defects such as adhesion failure, peeling, bubbling, blistering, de-lamination, or demetallization for the duration of the applicable term. This limited warranty coverage begins at date of installation, is extended to the original Buyer only, and is not transferable. Warranty claim values are limited to the amount of the Customer’s original purchase invoice, prorated for the defective windows. Proview is not liable for any losses and/or damages as a

result of poor installation quality, improper maintenance, cleaning abuse, or non- complying uses of the film. Proview and/or the Dealer’s liability is limited to the warranty provided herein and no other warranties or representations are provided. No person is authorized to modify, change, or extend the terms of this limited warranty or to assume or create any obligations or liabilities for Proview. This agreement shall be construed by the laws of Ohio without regard to conflict of laws. The Customer hereby waives any rights to personal jurisdiction and any suit arising here from shall be heard exclusively in the state of Ohio.

Please follow these steps to initiate a Proview warranty claim:
The Customer must contact the Dealer. If the Dealer is not available, the Customer can initiate a warranty claim by contacting the regional Proview Distributor, or Proview directly at (877) 473-6567. All requests for warranty service must be authorized by a Proview representative prior to warranty service commencement. The following papers will be required to process a Proview warranty claim:

A.) The Customer’s original warranty certificate.
B.) The Customer’s original purchase invoice from the Dealer.
